  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our tool implementations at scale

4. Intellectual Property

For professional service engagements: upon full payment, NR Tech Studio assigns all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code to the client. NR Tech Studio retains the right to feature the project in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality clause is agreed upon in writing.
