A wholesale distributor needed to replace their outdated Magento 1 store with a modern platform that could handle B2B pricing rules, multi-warehouse inventory, and an integrated customer portal.

We built a headless architecture: WooCommerce as the commerce engine (API-only mode) with a Next.js front-end for performance, plus a custom B2B portal for account management and bulk ordering.
