1. Services

NR Studio provides digital product development services including web development, mobile application development, API development, and technical consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, NR Studio assigns all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code to the client. NR Studio retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless a confidentiality clause is agreed upon.

3. Payment

Project fees are invoiced according to the milestones defined in the project agreement. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

4. Limitation of Liability

NR Studio’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
